Sunlight Care is a family operated private company owned by long-time South Jersey resident Vance Propati. Vance has had formal training in a broad array of senior issues. Vance started Sunlight Care in 2011 after 27 years in the corporate environment where he managed people and engineering projects. This allows him to deliver efficient services from a unique perspective which other Home Health Care companies may not be able to provide.
Sunlight Care is different from most other Home Health Care companies who are bound into franchise contracts with national organizations. Each staff member at Sunlight Care is carefully selected, screened and trained. During the selection process we verify their aptitude, abilities and integrity plus perform extensive background checks. Utilizing our on-site training lab, employees are trained and skills are verified during initial orientation and throughout the year during periodic training and continuing education sessions. We strive to offer the very best caregivers at Sunlight Care for any specific individual or situation. All of our caregiving staff members are bonded, insured and covered by Worker's Compensation insurance to protect our clients and their families.
Different families choose Sunlight Care for different reasons. For some, it's to provide extensive on-ongoing care for an aging senior. For others, we offer a much needed break or “respite care” – such as a night out with a spouse, vacation, or just a few hours of quiet time at home - for family members who provide regular care.

We are dedicated to providing quality services which allow seniors and people with special needs to age and thrive in their homes. Sunlight Care provides well trained caregivers who help people perform the basic Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) necessary to be functional, happy, and most importantly - healthy. We also provide companion caregivers whose support is limited to household care, socialization, safety watch and other “non-personal” Activities.
