Home Health Care (Support for seniors, people recuperating from an injury, illness or surgery or people with special needs). Sunlight Care provides three levels of home care: Companion Care, Personal Care and Skilled Nursing. All services are provided by personnel that have been back-ground checked, drug tested and screened for attributes important for providing quality compassionate care. Companion Care Services Companion Care services are frequently used when someone can no longer safely maintain their home or cannot drive themselves to complete errands like shopping or doctors' visits. These people are still able to perform their own personal hygiene care.
Personal Care must only be provided by a Certified Home Health Aide
Skilled Nursing Care Services
You and our Registered Nurse will develop a customized plan together in the comfort of your home. The specific ADLs required to support the physical and mental health of your loved one will be carefully documented. Homemaker services can be included in the service plan to help improve the quality of life for your entire family. The success of the home healthcare plan and the comfort of your loved one will be monitored periodically by our Registered Nurse through phone calls and visits to your loved one during service hours. Sunlight Care home healthcare providers are rigorously trained to provide this care with a professional, cheerful spirit, preserving the client's safety, hygiene, and dignity.
